We take great care to ensure that the items play before shipment. Q. I can't play the DVD I purchased. What can I do to solve the problem ? A. First, we need to make sure it's a bad disc and not a "format" problem. Please try the disc in your computer to see if it plays at all, if it does not, then it is a disc problem and I will send another corrected copy right away. If the disc plays in the computer, it just means you ordered the wrong DVD format. There are 2 different "formats" for DVDs. They are PAL format and NTSC format (please note you can always find that information in the item Description under "format"). PAL format is usually intended for European DVD players and NTSC for American DVD players. There are some DVD players on the market that are capable of playing both formats. If you do not have a DVD player capable of doing so, then I will need to make a DVD conversion (from PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL) in order for you to be able to play it in your DVD player. |
